Quality Craftsmanship Is Our Hallmark
Case Design + Fabricating is built on the values of quality, understanding, teamwork, and integrity. Though our deliverables fall within woodwork design and fabrication, our principles are all about people. We believe that person is deserving of respect, safety, and opportunity. This extends beyond the walls of our fabrication shop and applies to every interaction we have with our clients, end-users, and suppliers. Everyone deserves to have the interior of their dreams, and it’s our mission to make that happen through quality craftsmanship.
UNDERSTANDING
We know that innovation doesn’t just happen. That’s why we gain a genuine understanding of your needs before we begin a project. Understanding the “why” behind your project is invaluable to us as we design and fabricate millwork to improve your life or the lives of your end-users. You need cabinets that are as functional as they are beautiful. You need built-ins that enhance your space. You need streamlined storage solutions for large commercial enterprises. Whatever your needs, Case has you covered.
QUALITY
Quality in our craftsmanship and communication is the bedrock of our operation. From fresh and thoughtful ideas, skilled hands honing and perfecting their crafts, and materials that perform under pressure; Case is committed to delivering a quality product and an exceptional standard of service for each of our projects.
INTEGRITY
We are deeply committed to integrity throughout our processes. We maintain open communication with our clients and we pride ourselves on our capacity to meet the project timeline. Navigating design and fabrication sometimes comes with bumps along the way. We promise to address those challenges head on, with clear communication and a problem-solving mindset.
TEAMWORK
Teamwork is another core value of ours at Case Design + Fabricating. We believe teamwork means many voices acting as one. We encourage listening and learning from each other, and we apply this mindset to all of our client interactions. When we function as a team between designer, fabricator, general contractor or architect, and end user, we are able to deliver precision millwork that exceeds expectations.
Kelley Erickson
chief creative officer
Kelley has always been intrigued by interiors and how we use our spaces and is continually pursuing that perfect balance of form and function. She has the most fun when picking apart a puzzle to uncover problems, help clients identify their priorities, and challenging herself to manifest creative solutions. As a managing partner of Case, she leads a team of talented designers and project managers who work side by side with each client, through every step of the process, from idea to install.
Richard Skyles
chief financial officer
Richard is truly a jack-of-all-trades. With a number of successful businesses under his belt, He is Case’s CFO, and partners with Sara, Kelley, and clients to keep projects on budget. Richard also serves in a business development capacity for Case.
Sara Smereka
chief design engineer
Sara’s first taste of the millwork industry came in 2009 and sparked a curiosity for understanding how a design becomes a reality through the intricacies of production and fabrication. After years working in the field and as an interior design educator, she partnered with Kelley and Richard to develop a custom millwork company that thrives on creating unique results. With a love of custom and off-beat millwork, Sara thrives when it comes to unique projects.
We don’t only make things beautiful. We make them work great as well.
